About the Founder

Founded in 2016, Stay Coastal was brought to life by Ken Piloti. Our founder is of Afghan descent and has traveled the world as a translator, entrepreneur, and artist. His vision was to create livable masterpieces to showcase his love for people, culture, and luxury. Now Stay Coastal owns and manages properties throughout the Southern California region and has been expanding at a rapid pace. Customer service is of the utmost importance, and the relationships Stay Coastal has built over time have helped it succeed. Our goal is to become the premier vacation rental destination company in California. We hope you will enjoy our vision and take home memories that will last a lifetime.

Our properties are designed with the latest in-home technology (keyless locks, roku, sonos, and more) and accessories to make your stay seamless and enjoyable. With over 29 homes located along the Southern California coast (Dana Point, Laguna Beach, Corona Del Mar, Newport Beach) we have rentals for short vacations or long term stays. The properties are tastefully appointed with a mixture of nautical and unique local vintage furniture. Every space has a story to tell and a memory waiting for you. Located in the most temperate climate in the US, we make the outdoor spaces warm and inviting with barbecues and fire pits so you can enjoy the outdoor spaces to the fullest.
